Summary:

The Fleet Management Division is requesting to utilize Florida State Contract #25100000-15-1 with Rountree - Moore of Lake City, Florida, for the purchase of nine (9) Toyota Camry Hybrid automobiles in the amount of $223,596.00.

These nine (9) hybrid automobiles will replace nine (9) conventional automobiles currently in use, which are scheduled for replacement.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Florida State Contract #25100000-15-1 and issue a Purchase Order to Rountree - Moore, as indicated above, in the amount of $223,596.00.
