Service Agreement for Lighting Service with the Orlando Utilities Commission

Summary:
As part of further enhancements to the Church Street Streetscape project, enhanced lighting was added to the corridor which includes Light Emitting Diode (LED) decorative acorn fixtures and color changing accent lights in the light poles (Sitelink Poles) at the signalized intersections. The purpose of these agreements is to compensate OUC for the  installation of these light fixtures and for the monthly operations and maintenance charges.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: The Fiscal Impact Statements (FIS) are attached.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Lighting Agreement with OUC, subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney's Office.
