Release and Termination of Drainage Easement Agreement between Lake Nona and City of Orlando
Summary:
On November 3, 2010, Lake Nona granted the City a Drainage Easement over certain portions of its property in order to accommodate storm water drainage from Sanger Road.  The Drainage Easement was intended to be temporary and to be replaced when permanent storm water facilities were constructed by Lake Nona.  Lake Nona has recently completed construction of these facilities which will accommodate the storm water from Sanger Road.  Staff have no objection to releasing the Drainage Easement Agreement.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
