Employment Agreement - Brandon Albright, Plans Examiner I - BLD

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Mr. Brandon Albright to fill the Building Plans Examiner I position. Mr. Albright will perform building safety reviews of plans and sites to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all federal, state, and local codes, regulations, ordinances, and statutes. This position is included in the FY2015 and FY2016 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about May 7, 2015 and ending May 6, 2016.

Approval of the Plans Examiner I - Bldg employment contract.
