The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Wastewater Division have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, D3 Enviroscape, LLC of Orlando, FL, for the purchase of Grounds Maintenance Services at Water Conserv I.

The initial contract term is one (1) year with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.  This is an indefinite quantity contract.  Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding.  Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $137,765.00.

Approval of award to D3 Enviroscape LLC and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with D3 Enviroscape LLC as indicated above in the estimated annual amount of $137,765.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
