A request for final approval of a major plat  titled Lake Nona South 22C Replat a.k.a Urban Life Apartments. This is a two lot replat to allow for future multi-family development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. The subject property is located at northeast corner of Tavistock Lakes Boulevard and Lake Nona Boulevard. The property is approximately 5.1 acres. SUB2014-00039

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
