Summary:
A request for final approval of a major plat titled Storey Park Phase 1, This is a 90 lot plat to allow for single family development   consistent with the previously approved Master Plan (Wewahootee PD).  The subject property is located at the East of the Central Florida Greeneway (SR 417), north of Moss Park Rd. and south of the Beachline (SR 528). The property is approximately 92.91 acres (SUB2014-00039)

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
