| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Local Agency Program, Citywide Sidewalks, Supplemental Agreement #2 | | Summary: | The City entered into an agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to receive reimbursement of Federal Surface Transportation Funds for the upgrading and installation of miscellaneous sidewalks throughout the City through a Local Agency Program (LAP) agreement. The original agreement provided for budgeted funds based on a set project scope. Subsequently, the City has entered into contracts with both a Civil Engineering Inspection Firm, PSA Constructors, Inc. ($419,859) and a Construction Contractor, Schueller Construction ($3,166,666.00) for a total amount of $3,586,525.00. This total is $7,645.00 less than the original LAP budget.
