Sewer Benefit Fee and Transportation Impact Fee Credit Agreement between Orlando Health, Inc. and City of Orlando
Summary:
Orlando Health, Inc., (Orlando Health), operates a hospital campus near downtown Orlando primarily consisting of Orlando Regional Medical Center, UF Health Cancer Center, Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.  In June, 2012, the City and Orlando Health entered into a Memorandum of Understanding which provided, in part, for the future establishment, by separate agreement, of transportation impact fee credits and sewer benefit fee credits.  Based on Orlando Health's construction of non site-related portions of certain City roadways and wastewater facilities, the City and Orlando Health have agreed on a transportation impact fee credit in the amount of $760,133.10, and a sewer benefit fee credit in the amount of $303,283.30.  The credits will be applied to Orlando Health's future development of the hospital campus.  
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Sewer Benefit Fee Credit will impact the Wastewater Impact Fee Reserves Fund 4109_F/BSA4109_ C/R00467
Transportation Impact Fee Credit will impact the Southwest Transportation Impact Fee Fund 1072_F/TSP0004_C/R00122 
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
