Sewer Benefit Fee Agreement between City of Orlando and CG Roxane, LLC
Summary:
CG Roxane, LLC, (Owner), owns property located at 2224 Hazelhurst Avenue.  Owner is developing the property as a bottled water production plant, "Project".  In conjunction with development of the Project, Owner will bring its bottled water production facilities on-line in phases and has therefore requested that the City allow it to pay its Sewer Benefit Fee in installments based on the issuance of permits as each phase is connected.   The total Sewer Benefit Fee under the attached Agreement is $272,800.00 and will be paid in six phases. 
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: The payments will be deposited into Fund Number 4109.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Sewer Benefit Fee Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
