| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Florida Department of Health EMS Matching Grant | | Summary: | Over the past three years, Florida EMS has awarded 139 matching grants totaling $6.8 million. These grants are to assist agencies and local governments with EMS equipment and resources. OFD will be applying for approximately $333,416.00 to purchase and install 9 stretchers which include Power-PRO XT, Steer Lock ProCare, and Power Load. These stretchers will help to reduce lifting injuries to firefighters.
