Joint Participation Agreement between City and University of Central Florida for Relocation of Utilities
Summary:
The Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, "Lynx", is reconstructing a portion of Livingston Street and Terry Avenue as part of the development of the Parramore BRT Project. The University of Central Florida, "UCF," desires to place utilities within the reconstructed roadways and Lynx has agreed to install conduits to serve UCF's facilities on the condition that UCF reimburses Lynx for the cost, currently estimated at $56,181.00.  Under the terms of the attached Agreement, the City simply operates as a pass-through entity to ensure that UCF's reimbursement payments are made and forwarded to Lynx.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Agreement in substantially the form attached and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
