Quitclaim Deed from City to Florida Department of Transportation

Summary:
Florida Hospital is constructing improvements to the intersection of Orange Avenue and King Street as a part of  the development of its hospital campus.  In conjunction with construction of the intersection improvements, Florida Hospital has requested that the City convey a small portion of the City's interest in the East King Street right-of-way to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).  Upon completion, the intersection improvements will become a part of Orange Avenue, owned and maintained by FDOT.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Quitclaim Deed and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval of the City Attorney's Office.
