GOAA Board Member Bond and Oath of Office
Summary:
On November 26, 2014, the Governor appointed Julian 'Ed" Fouche to GOAA Board. Chapter 16 of the City Charter requires that each GOAA Board member execute a $10,000 bond payable to the City, and approved by City Council, and file such bond and an oath of office with the City Clerk.    The bond and oath of office for Mr. Fouche are attached.

Approval of the bond and acceptance of the bond and oath of office for filing with the City Clerk
