Resolution establishing a new Minimum Rate for Limousine and Luxury Passenger Vehicles

Summary:
A Resolution of the City of Orlando, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Section 55.16(4), Chapter 55, of the Code of the City of Orlando, establishing a $20.00 minimum hourly rate for limousine and luxury passenger vehicles.  This is a decrease from the existing rate of thirty five ($35.00) dollars.  Authorizing the Vehicle for Hire Administrator to set payment deadlines and schedules.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No Fiscal Impact Statement required.  Revenues already budgeted.

Recommended Action:
City Council Approval of the Resolution.
