Summary:
A release of Easement in conjunction with the Oak Branch Subdivision Plat (SUB2014-00057), the easement is no longer necessary for public purpose. The property is located at 220 Thornton Ln., south of E. Pine St., west of S. Thornton Ave., east of S. Summerlin Ave., and north of E. South St., on Lot 4, five feet (5') in width.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Release of Easement and authorize the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
