The Wastewater Division and Procurement and Contracts Division have evaluated the bid submittals and recommend award of a contract to TAW Orlando Service Center, Inc. of Orlando, Florida (Primary Supplier) and Stewart's Electric Motor Works, Inc. of Orlando, Florida (Secondary Supplier), the lowest, responsive and responsible bidders, for all items.

The initial contract term is three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.  The estimated expenditure (Primary and Secondary Suppliers, combined) during the initial three (3) year term is $1,171,185.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers responded to this solicitation.

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute contracts and subsequent renewals, with TAW Orlando Service Center, Inc. and Stewart's Electric Motor Works, Inc., as indicated above, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
