Summary:
Mr. Tomas Dordevic, Applicant, filed an application to the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) to request a variance for rear-yard setback requirements necessitated by a plan to connect his main structure to an accessory structure with a breezeway. The BZA approved the variance at their meeting on August 26, 2014. Dean Grandin, on behalf of the City, timely filed a Request for Hearing Before a Hearing Officer. A quasi-judicial hearing was held on November 19, 2014 regarding this matter, at which the parties made arguments and presented evidence and material into the record. Subsequent to this hearing, the Hearing Officer issued the attached Recommended Order, which recommends that the City Council accept the decision of the BZA and approve the requested Variance. No exceptions to the Recommended Order have been filed. |
