Renewal of Employee Contract for Construction Inspector II in Permitting Services

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to the improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of renewing Mr. Donald Rampersaud's employment contract as Construction Inspector II - Electrical position. Mr. Rampersaud performs building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2014/15 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about January 26, 2015 and ending January 25, 2016.
