The Recreation Division and Procurement and Contracts Division have evaluated the bid submittals and recommend award of a contract to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Spies Pools, LLC of Kissimmee, FL.

The initial contract term is one (1) year period, with two (2) additional one  (1) year renewal terms.  The estimated expenditure for the initial one year term is $106,292.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute a contract with Spies Pools, LLC, as indicated above.
