| | | | | | | | | Subject: | City Drainage Flow Through and Emergency Maintenance Easement Agreement between City of Orlando and DDR Orlando, LLC | | Summary: | DDR Orlando, LLC, "DDR," is developing certain property located in the southeast quadrant of Semoran Blvd. and Lee Vista Blvd., as a mixed use development consisting of approximately 500,000 square feet of commercial space, including retail, restaurants and a movie theater, "Project." In conjunction with development of the Project, DDR is installing stormwater facilities that will also accommodate stormwater from nearby City roadways. DDR will have primary maintenance responsibility of the stormwater facilities; however the City is requiring DDR to convey the attached Easement so that the City can access and maintain the infrastructure in the event that DDR fails to do so. | | Fiscal and Efficiency Data: | N/A | | Recommended Action: | Approval of the attached Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor pro tem to execute same, subject to review and approval of the City Attorney's Office. | | Contact: | Roy K.
