City Consent to FDOT Perpetual Drainage Easement within Oak Ridge Road right-of-way.
Summary:
In conjunction with I-4 and Grand National Drive Flyover improvements, FDOT needs to convey water between a pond on the north side of City-owned right-of-way (Oak Ridge Road) and a pond on the south side.  See attached Location and Right-Of-Way map.

FDOT is asking the City to Consent to their Perpetual Drainage Easement with Orlando Outlet for that portion in the right-of-way only.  There is no fiscal impact to the City.
 
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No Fiscal Impact.
Recommended Action:
Approval of Consent to Easement in substantially the form attached; authorize the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same; all subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
