Summary:

On July 28, 2014, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development Programs, a request from Frontline Outreach, Inc. for CDBG funding in the amount of One Hundred And Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($160,000.00). Frontline Outreach, Inc. will use this funding to rehabilitate the Outreach facility roof.  The facility houses learning and recreation programs for urban youth and families.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data:

PY 2014 HUD-Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) was approved on 7/28/2014 as part of the Annual Action Plan.
Recommended Action:

Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement for $160,000.00 with Frontline Outreach, Inc. after review and approval of the documents by the City Attorney's Office.
