| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Orlando Utilities Commission Appointment | | Summary: | The term of one of the seats on the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) expires on December 31, 2014. As is set forth in the Charter that establishes the OUC, the City's Nominating Board met and on November 12, 2014 submitted the names of three individuals to OUC for consideration for the Commission seat that has a term of January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2018. At its meeting on December 2, 2014, the OUC nominated one of the three individuals, Linda Ferrone, to succeed herself as a Commission member.
