Summary:
JeBailey Realty, LLC, "Owner," owns property located at 10275 Savannah Park Drive in Orlando. The Owner is developing the property as a daycare facility, "Daycare." The City owns property adjacent to the Owner's property, located at 10199 Narcoossee Road on which the City operates fire station 15, "Fire Station." There is a driveway located on the City property that is used for City ingress to the Fire Station. Owner has requested joint use of the driveway to accomplish access to the Daycare. City staff have reviewed this request and have no objection under the terms of the attached Agreement. City is authorized to terminate the Agreement upon a determination that the Owner's use of the driveway constitutes a danger to public safety or unreasonably interferes with the operation of the Fire Station. |
