Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Ms. Stephanie DeLeon to fill the Plans Room Supervisor position. Ms DeLeon is responsible for overall operation of the Plans Room under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. This position is included in the FY2016 and FY2017 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about September 26, 2016 and ending September 25, 2017.
