Joinder to Consent to Assignment/Release of Orlando Executive Airport Fixed Base Operator (Showalter) Lease
Summary:
Showalter Flying Service, Inc. (Showalter) is the fixed base operator under the Orlando Executive Airport Fixed Base Operator Lease Agreement effective January 1, 1997, as amended, between GOAA and Showalter.  Showalter desires to assign the lease to Atlantic Aviation-Orlando Executive LLC (Assignee).  GOAA approved a Consent to the Assignment at its December 10, 2014 meeting, and has requested that the City approve and execute the attached Joinder to the Consent.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Joinder to the Consent to Assignment and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
