Ordinance No. 2014-67 Amending and Restating the Land Development Regulations of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Planned Development Zoning District (Economic Development)

Summary:
This ordinance is an amendment to the existing Dr. Phillips Center Planned Development (PD) to update Exhibits A through F of the existing PD, including the parcel plan, site plan, elevations, master sign plan, and plaza plan, to reflect minor changes that occurred during the design and construction of the project. 

In addition, a new Exhibit H is included, illustrating a possible pedestrian colonnade adjacent to South Street at Parcel 3. Text changes include revisions that reflect the updated graphic amendments, and add language to allow limited service and garage access to Parcel 3 along Magnolia to future development. Any development on Parcels 3,4, and 5 will require Master Plan review by the Municipal Planning Board. The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the amendment on October 21, 2014.

Recommended Action:
Adopt the attached ordinance number 2014-67 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
