II - Code Enforcement Citations | | Summary: | Chapters 42 (Noise Ordinance) and 55 (Vehicles for Hire) were recently amended. In order to issue citations violations of these ordinances, certain changes are required to Chapter 5 in order to ensure consistency. The amendments re-number sections relating to the noise ordinance. In addition, a Level V violation is established with the fine of $500.
