U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Program Year 2014 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Rapid Re-housing agreement between the City of Orlando and Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc., (address undisclosed due to client confidentiality).

Summary:
On July 28, 2014, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development Programs, a request from Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc., for ESG Rapid Re-housing funding in the amount of Fifty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars and No Cents ($57,675.00).  Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc. will use this funding for rapid re-housing and housing stabilization financial assistance for individuals who are victims of domestic violence.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: PY 2014 HUD-Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) was approved on 7/28/2014 as part of the Annual Action Plan.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement for $57,675.00 with Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc., after review and approval of the documents by the City Attorney's Office.
