Summary:
On July 28, 2014, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development Programs, a request from Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc., for ESG Emergency Shelter funding in the amount of Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred Nineteen Dollars and No Cents ($39,119.00). Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc. will use this funding for shelter operating costs in support of services and assistance to individuals who are victims of domestic violence.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: PY 2014 HUD-Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) was approved on 7/28/2014 as part of the Annual Action Plan.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement for $39,119.00 with Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc., after review and approval of the documents by the City Attorney's Office.
