Four (4) firms responded to this solicitation and the Consultants' Qualifications Board certified all four (4) firms on October 8, 2014. On September 29, 2014, the Advisory Committee shortlisted all four (4) firms for formal interviews and oral presentations. After final presentations, the Advisory Committee met to generate a ranking of the firms as follows:
