Subject:RQS14-0292 Request for Qualification Statements for Engineering and Related Professional Services Associated with the Rehabilitation of the Dean Road Sanitary Sewer Interceptor
Summary:

A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) for the subject project was issued on September 2, 2014.  Four (4) firms responded to this solicitation and the Consultants' Qualifications Board certified all four (4) firms on October 8, 2014.  On September 29, 2014, the Advisory Committee shortlisted all four (4) firms for formal interviews and oral presentations.  After final presentations, the Advisory Committee met to generate a ranking of the firms as follows:

Recommended Action:Approval of the Advisory Committee's ranking and approval for City staff to proceed with negotiations with the top ranked firm, Woolpert, Inc.   Should negotiations with the top ranked firm prove unsuccessful, approve negotiations with successively ranked firms until a successful agreement is reached.
