Summary:
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) reviewed and evaluated the established policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations and adopted comprehensive plan of the City of Orlando. The AHAC is recommending that no changes be made to the current local housing incentive strategies which will be incorporated into the 2015/2016 through 2017/2018 Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP). The 2015/2016 through 2017/2018 LHAP will be presented to the City Council for consideration and approval in February 2015.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No Fiscal Impact
Recommended Action:
Accept the meeting minutes of the November 17, 2014 Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, and approve the recommendation to maintain the existing Housing Incentive Strategies with no changes.
