Ordinance Amending Chapter 5, Art. II - Code Enforcement Citations
Summary:
Chapters 42 (Noise Ordinance) and 55 (Vehicles for Hire) were recently amended.  In order to issue citations violations of these ordinances, certain changes are required to Chapter 5 in order to ensure consistency.  The amendments re-number sections relating to the noise ordinance.  In addition, a Level V violation is established with the fine of $500. Violations of certain sections of the vehicles for hire ordinance are amended to make them a Level V violation.
