Summary:
On July 28, 2014, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development Programs, a request from Primrose Center, Inc. for CDBG Public Services funding in the amount of Forty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($47,750.00).  Primrose Center, Inc. will use this funding to provide employment training services for fifteen (15) severely disabled individuals.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: PY2014 HUD-Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) was approved on 7/28/2014 as part of the Annual Action Plan.
Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement for $47,750.00 to Primrose Center, Inc. after review and approval of the documents by the City Attorney's Office.
