Summary:
Marcia Hope Goodwin, Chief Service Officer/Director of Community Affairs & Human Relations, will introduce Lynn Whitcomb, Chairmain of the Orange County Week of the Family Committee, who will give a brief overview, recognizing the importance of family values and the meaningful connections that support and strengthen families.  Mayor Dyer will read the proclamation and take a photo with Week of the Family Committee members and partners.

Recommended Action:
Proclaim November 1st through November 8th 2014, as the "Week of the Family" in the City of Orlando.
