Summary:
On July 28, 2014, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development programs, a request from Housing and Neighborhood Development Services of Central Florida, Inc. (HANDS) for CDBG funding in the amount of Fifty Thousand and Twenty-Five Dollars and No Cents ($50,025.00). HANDS will use this funding to provide pre-purchase and mortgage default housing counseling to low and moderate income households in the City of Orlando. |

PY 2014 HUD - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) was approved on 7/28/2014 as part of the Annual Action Plan.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Housing and Neighborhood Development Services of Central Florida, Inc. (HANDS) in the amount of $50,025.00 after review of the documents by the City Attorney's office. |
