Summary:
CRP II - Mills Park, LLC has requested that the City and OUC, as Grantees of an Electrical Utility Easement, replace the original legal description to cover OUC equipment within the easement and to accurately depict the easement area.  The original easement took into consideration that due to timing for the project, the legal description was subject to change.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached First Amendment to Electrical Utility Easement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
