Summary:
CRP II - Mills Park, LLC has requested that the City and OUC, as Grantees of an Electrical Utility Easement, replace the original legal description to cover OUC equipment within the easement and to accurately depict the easement area. The original easement took into consideration that due to timing for the project, the legal description was subject to change. |
