Ordinance No. 2014-45 assigns the initial zoning of Planned Development with Aircraft Noise overlay (PD/AN) to property at 6621 Narcoossee Road, which is located north of Lee Vista Road on the east side of Narcoossee Road (6621 Narcoossee Road). (Economic Development)
Summary:

Ordinance No. 2014-45 will assign the initial zoning to property undergoing annexation at 6621 Narcoossee Road, which is located north of Lee Vista Road on the east side of Narcoossee Road and is approximately 4.091 acres.  Planned Development zoning with Aircraft Noise overlay (PD/AN) is being requested in order to develop a non-residential development of up to 44,550 sq. ft. 

The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the annexation (ANX2014-00010) the GMP amendment to assign Airport Support District Medium Intensity future land use designation (GMP2014-00015) and the initial zoning of PD/AN (ZON2014-00016) on July 15, 2014. 

The first reading for this ordinance was held on September 29, 2014. The annexation and GMP ordinance (Ordinance No. 2014-44) will be included as a separate item on the same City Council Agenda.

Recommended Action:
Adopt the attached Ordinance 2014-45 and authorize the Major and City Clerk or Major Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
