Summary:
Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide and the fourth leading cause of death in the United States.  Global Stroke Resource is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower, educate and facilitate recovery for stroke survivors and their families. Marcia Hope Goodwin, Chief Service Office/Director, will introduce Patricia Greene for an overview before Mayor Dyer reads the proclamation and takes a photo.

Proclaim Wednesday, October 29, 2014 as World Stroke Day in the City of Orlando.
