A Final Minor Subdivision Plat titled Stenger & Clarke Subdivision

A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Stenger-Clarke Plat. This request is to reconfigure the existing lot boundaries of 1906 Curry Ford Rd. to include a portion of 1900 Curry Ford Rd. and to plat the previously unplatted 1900 Curry Ford Rd. The properties are generally located north of Carlton Dr., east of S. Fern-creek Ave., west of Cloverlawn Ave. and south of Curry ford Rd.;(±1.11 acres). SUB2014-00030

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
