Summary:
Each October, we observe Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the City to recognize breast cancer survivors, their families and friends, acknowledges the efforts of medical professionals and researchers working to find a cure and educate our community. Rebecca Sutton, Cheif Financial Officer, will introduce the proclamation.  Mayor Dyer will read the proclamation and take a photo with city employees who are breast cancer survivors.
