Employment Agreement - Bridget Monroe, PKZ Program Coordinator

Summary:
At its January 27, 2014 meeting, the Orlando City Council approved an Employment Agreement wtih Bridget Monroe to serve as PKZ Program Coordinator through the remainder of the 2013-14 fiscal year (i.e. through September 30, 2014). This position is responsible for carrying out the program's administrative functions including purchasing, data management, quality control, outreach and front office operations.  The position was funded via the realignment of existing fiscal resources within the FPR Department.

This agenda items renews Ms. Monroe's contract for the 2014-15 fiscal year under the same terms but with a 2% salary increase.  The position is funded within the Department's 2014-15 budget.

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached Employment Agreement for Bridget Monroe and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
