Summary: | Proposed ordinance #2014-31 would amend section 40.12 of the Orlando City Code to provide a metes and bounds legal description of the boundary of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District in addition to the existing map of the district contained within the Code.
The proposed ordinance would also remove approximately 5.87 acres of land from the more than 520 acre district. The area proposed for removal is at the southeastern corner of the district and is zoned for low to medium intensity office development in an area of the district that is otherwise zoned as Activity Center. |
