Summary:
Que Rico, LLC (Tenant) has leased space in the Central Parking Garage (Garage) per the Lease Agreement between City of Orlando and Que Rico, LLC dated October 22, 2012 (Lease). The Lease was amended per Amendment One dated May 6, 2013, for the purpose of adding space for the placement of a propane storage tank. It has become necessary to change the location of the storage tank and therefore the previous area where the storage tank was located shall be deleted and the new location shall be identified and added to the Premises. Additionally, the nonexclusive easement previously granted to the Tenant shall be amended as well, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of Amendment Two. |

Recommended Action:
Approval and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute Amendment Two, substantially in the form attached, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office. |
