Right-of-Way Easement Agreement between City and Florida Hospital re: Sanitarium Avenue
Summary:
In connection with construction of the East King Street-North Garage, Florida Hospital, "FH", has requested the City's approval to place portions of the building footers within the right-of-way of Sanitarium Avenue and to install and maintain landscaping, sidewalks, lighting and irrigation.  City staff have reviewed the proposed location of the improvements and have no objection.  Florida Hospital will be responsible for maintaining the improvements and for any and all liability arising therefrom, including the obligation to repair any damage to City improvements.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
