Summary:
The +0.96 acre subject site is located east of S. Ferncreek Ave., west of Cloverlawn Ave. and south of Curry ford Rd. in the Bel Air neighborhood. The applicant is requesting to vacate the existing Planned Development (PD) and rezone the property to R-1/T. The site currently contains a single family residence constructed in 1957.
Previous actions regarding this application are as follows:

- 2006: 1900 Curry Ford Rd. rezoned PD/T to allow for the development of 3 single-family residences (Doc. # 0602271003)
- June 17, 2014: The MPB recommended approval of the proposed rezoning (ZON2014-00011)
- August 11, 2014: City Council approved the first reading of the attached ordinance
