The bid submitted by Tropical Ford with the financial reasonableness formula of 4% applied, is lower than the bid submitted by Jarrett Gordon Ford by $1,221.40. 

The Fleet Management Division and Procurement and Contracts Division have evaluated the bid submittals and recommend award of a contract to Tropical Ford of Orlando, FL.
 
The contract is for a one (1) time purchase of five (5) units at a total estimated expenditure of $207,725.00.

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute a contract with Tropical Ford of Orlando, FL as indicated above, in the estimated amount of $207,725.00.
