Summary:
The Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District advisory council met on August 13, 2014.  The attached meeting minutes detail the issues discussed at the meeting, which included: a budget/cash flow report, terms of office, meeting schedule and a discussion on the options for future staffing of the NID.

The advisory council also passed a motion to meet every other month, starting after the meeting in September 2014.

Accept the meeting minutes of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council for August 13, 2014 and proper filing by the City Clerk.
