Bridge Easement Agreement between City of Orlando and Florida Hospital
Summary:
Florida Hospital intends to construct a pedestrian bridge, "Bridge", from the existing King Street Parking Garage over East King Street (a City street) to the North King Street Parking Garage that is currently under construction.  The Bridge will provide safe and convenient access to and from the Florida Hospital Health Village for hospital employees, patients, students and visitors.  Under the terms of the attached Agreement, Florida Hospital is responsible for all costs related to construction, operation and maintenance of the Bridge and for all liability arising from its use.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
